Ukraine update: What happened that night

Now it becomes clear what is behind the Ukrainian attack on Sevastopol

According to the Ukrainian secret service, nine people were killed in the Ukrainian attack on the headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in occupied Sevastopol. Secret service chief Kyrylo Budanov told the US broadcaster “Voice of America”. There were also 16 injured, including “several generals”.
